About Our Temple
In the 1990s, the Tamil community living in the Felda settlement area of Pusat Bandar Palong, Gemas, desired a temple in their neighborhood. With this intent, the Sri Arulmigu Mariamman Temple was constructed. A formal request was made to the government, and a dedicated plot of land was allocated for the temple. Construction work began with contributions from the temple administration, devotees, and generous individuals. In 1995, the new Sri Arulmigu Mariamman Temple was built, and the consecration ceremony (Kumbabhishekam) was conducted grandly. The temple is now officially registered and functioning efficiently. All regular rituals and festivals are celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm.
