About Our Temple
Mr. Rasamah, the landowner, constructed Dewa Sri Maha Muniandy Alayam on a hillside along the road. This temple has gained popularity, especially among devotees residing in Kota Tinggi and surrounding areas like Mersing and Johor Bahru. In 1997, the landowner encountered a Yogi on the hill, leading to the decision to establish a temple there. As time passed, stone blocks on the land grew, inspiring the landowner to initiate temple construction. The temple attracted numerous devotees who generously contributed funds for its expansion. In 2012, devotees collaborated to enhance the temple's architecture by adding five more statues of deities, including Lord Vinayagar, Lord Anjineyar, Lord Muniswarar, and Lord Madurai Veeran.
