About Our Temple

The Sri Sivasankar Valmuni Vannamuni Temple is located in Jalan Tampin, Senawang, and was established in 1988 by Mr. N.S. Maniyammal. Initially, the worship took place under a tree, with a trident as the central object of devotion. Later, due to railway properties, the temple had to be relocated. As a result, in 1990, Mr. N.S. Maniyammal purchased a plot of land in Kampong Ulu Sawah and, together with Mr. Murugavel, built a small temple there. Mr. Murugavel began conducting prayers and blessing devotees at this temple. As the temple grew in popularity and development, space became limited. Currently, the temple has been expanded significantly, and it has become an important place where people come to seek blessings and divine grace.
