About Our Temple
In 1900, Tamil and Gujarati laborers residing on plantations owned by Chettiars collectively erected this temple. Initially, the temple was constructed using planks and zinc exclusively. The farm underwent multiple changes in ownership and was eventually sold. In 1966, the temple area came under the ownership of T.S.M. Perumal Nadar. Through the dedicated efforts of Datuk Arunasalam, land for the temple was successfully secured. The temple underwent renovations in both 1990 and 2011. The temple's management achieved official registration with the Registrar of Societies (ROS) in 1995. This temple holds significant importance for around 300 individuals in the Kesang Pajak area. An annual Karumariam festival is conducted every April. The Kumbabhishekam ceremony took place in 2011 and has been repeated three times since.
