About Our Temple
In the 1950s, the Tamils residing on the Bukit Pilah Rompin farm revered Muneeswaran and Mariamman as their protective deities. Through the concerted efforts of both the management and devotees, a modest temple was constructed in 1964, and the inaugural Kumbabhishekam ceremony was successfully conducted. Although the residents of the park have since relocated to other parts of the city, they continue to actively participate in special festivals and religious ceremonies at the temple. Presently, Mr. Mukundan resides in the temple and diligently performs poojas, including lighting lamps and engaging in charitable activities. The temple is duly registered, and all religious rituals are being carried out with proper adherence.
