About Our Temple
Sri Praththiyangara Devi Sakthi Peetam was established by Shri T.R.K.M. Dinakessvarar in 1999. Dinakessvarar, inspired by the grace of Goddess Brithiyangara Devi at a young age, traveled to South India to study the Vedas. In the initial days, he established a modest temple in the vicinity of his home, engaging in worship and rituals. In 2005, the Shakti Peetam underwent significant restructuring and development. A 19-foot Rajagopuram was added for worship. Currently, a dedicated piece of land measuring 5 acres has been acquired for the temple. The construction includes the Shakti Peetam, various shrines, and meditation rooms. In 2021, the head priest, Shri Sivashree Dinakessvarar, performed a nature-friendly yagna. His siblings, Mr. Rajan Krishnan and Mrs. Selvi, also contribute to the temple activities. The temple conducts all its rituals with meticulous care, ensuring that each pooja is performed with utmost devotion and uniqueness.
