About Our Temple
The Sabha, Tawau Thirumurugan Temple was established in 1987. Under the leadership of Major Sathya, military personnel and airport staff living in the Davao area united to construct the Murugan temple. In the following years, those who worked here were transferred to other parts of Malaysia. After that, the local Tamil community living in the Davao area took over the maintenance and management of the temple. Currently, the temple management has been organized, and the temple has been properly registered. All regular prayers and rituals are being conducted with great dedication.
