About Our Temple
Established in 1993 within Ladang Chellam at Batu 12, Ulu Tiram, JB, this temple was founded by Dato Subramaniam Chellam. Dato Subramaniam Chellam initiated the construction of this temple during his visit to Ladang Chellam for proposing a housing site. Collaborating with his family members, he erected a temple and a versatile hall for the local community's convenience, catering to events like weddings and feasts. The temple features six deity statues, including the Moorthi Temple dedicated to Goddess Sri Karumariamman. Despite encountering numerous challenges, the temple and multi-purpose hall underwent gradual renovations through the collaborative efforts of the temple authorities. The local community actively participated in various temple-organized activities such as Bharathanatyam classes, Sanggetham classes, Thevaram classes, yoga, and more.
