About Our Temple
The Arulmigu Sri Subramaniya Swamy Temple was constructed in 1986. In its early days, a small hut housed a spear, and Lord Murugan was worshipped there. Plantation workers desired a temple in their residential area to ensure the community's safety and provide a place of worship. This led to the establishment of the Murugan temple. Later, through the efforts of the temple management, devotees, and generous contributions from kind-hearted individuals, a new temple was built. Today, the temple, located in Sungai Lalang, Taman Bandar Baru, stands as a beautiful structure. All Murugan-related prayers and festivals are celebrated with grandeur and devotion.
