About Our Temple
Sri Ramar Temple was established in the 1920s by JKR (Public Works Department) workers living in Tapah. The local residents built this temple with the aim of having a place of worship within their community. Railway workers in the area also began visiting the temple to offer prayers. Later, the temple's management, along with the devotees, raised funds to construct a small temple and performed the *Kumbabhishekam* (consecration ceremony). In 1979, Mrs. Saroja installed the idols of Sita, Hanuman, and Lakshmana in the temple. Today, the temple is officially registered and continues to function successfully, serving as a center of devotion and worship for the community.
