About Our Temple
Sri Bala Dhandayuthapani Temple was built in 1880. In its early days, Lord Murugan was worshipped in a small hut. The plantation workers, who desired a temple in their residential area for the community's protection and worship, initiated the establishment of this Murugan temple. Over the years, with the efforts of the temple management, devotees, and generous contributions from kind-hearted individuals, a new temple was constructed. Today, the temple in Bidor stands as a beautiful and prominent landmark. All rituals dedicated to Lord Murugan and festivals are conducted with great devotion.
