About Our Temple
Built in 1960 with zinc roofing and wooden boards, this modest temple was established by an Indian immigrant family. Initially erected in four different locations, it was found that those sites were unsuitable. Consequently, the temple was reconstructed using bricks for the fifth time in Ladang, Selangor, in 1960. Within the old temple, statues of Lord Muniandy, Vinayagar, and Amman are enshrined. The presence of Lord Muniandy, considered a guardian deity (Kaaval Deivam), is signified by the transportation of the statue from India.
