About Our Temple
Approximately 70 years ago, the Tamil community residing in Sitiawan, within the Manjung Estate, used to worship Muneeswaran and Ambal as their guardian deities, accompanied by the placement of a trident (soolam). As time passed, and the farm underwent a change in ownership, the temple was relocated to the current cooperative land in 1972. Mr. Sambandham played a significant role by offering substantial financial assistance for the preparation of the temple construction site. In 2004, through the collaborative efforts of the temple management and devoted followers, the renovation of the temple reached completion, marked by the successful conduct of the first Kumbabhishekam ceremony. Presently, the temple is officially registered, ensuring the smooth and proper performance of all poojas and religious rituals.
