About Our Temple
In 1975, Mr. Jaya Gopi was honored with the title Dato's Thiruvarul. Following this recognition, he devoted his life entirely to God, initiating the performance of pooja for Dato and a trident in 1980. During this period, he provided guidance to 15 students who, like him, are now actively participating in the restoration of the temple and spiritual endeavors. Upon the passing of Jaya Gopi, his son, Mr. Jaya Kalidas, has taken the initiative to revive the temple with the support of devoted followers. Unfortunately, the sudden demise of Mr. Jaya Gopi impacted the restoration efforts on the temple, causing a slowdown. Presently, the construction work on the temple is continuing, thanks to the dedicated efforts of Mr. Mahendran's students, as well as the brothers and sisters of Jaya Kalidas. Notably, the temple houses idols of Dato, Madurai Veeran, and Muniandi.
