About Our Temple
Approximately five decades ago, the Tamil community in the Ladang Ledang Tangkak estate established the Sri Maha Mariamman Temple. The estate's inhabitants sought the protection and blessings of Mariamman as their guardian deity. Initially, simple ceremonies were performed, utilizing a small wooden temple with a trident (Soolam). In 1990, through the combined efforts of the temple management and devoted followers, significant renovations and enhancements were carried out at the Sri Maha Mariamman Temple. At present, the temple is officially registered and conducts all its rituals with profound dedication and splendor.
