About Our Temple
In 1994, the Sri Shiva Kaliamman Temple was established in the Kajang area, initiated by Mr. Sivananda Gurus. The temple features distinct gopurams for Lord Shiva, Kaliamman, and Goddess Durga. Notably, it houses a seven-foot-tall statue of Nagammal, a seven-foot-tall statue of Ayyanar, and a four-foot-tall statue of Ganesha. The temple hosts Thevaram classes every Friday and conducts monthly Ammavasai pooja. Widely regarded by the public as a place where devotees' wishes are fulfilled, the temple underwent Maha Kumbabhishekam for Sri Durga Amman in 2016.
