About Our Temple
The Thiruperunthiru Subramaniar Mambang Di Awan Temple is located in Kampar town. This temple was founded in 1942 by Indian employees who lived in the Mambang region. This temple was originally built as a small hut on a small scale by Indian workers at Mambang farm. Then, in 2008, a perfect stone structure was built. The Mambang region's Indian community worshipped at this temple. This brand-new structure was built in the current location in 2008 and was completed in 2008. Despite being the centre of worship and cultural development for the well-known Indian community in the Mambang area, it is the only temple in the Kampar region that is over 80 years old.It continues to serve as a major place of worship for the People living in this area.
