About Our Temple
The Arulmigu Ganesar Temple, situated in Tambun, Ipoh, was established in 1943 by the local community residing in the Tambun area. Initially, it was a small and simple structure, resembling a small hut with a zinc roof. Devotees gathered at this temple to offer their prayers to Lord Ganesha, and the primary purpose of its construction was to facilitate prayer and celebrate the major Indian festivals. Within this temple, there are three idols of deities, namely Ganesha, Amman, and Murugan. The temple is believed to play a role in maintaining peace and harmony within the surrounding community. Currently, the temple is in the process of renewing its registration.
