About Our Temple
In 2008, residents of North Klang, predominantly Tamils, made the collective decision to establish a temple within their residential area. Mr. Subramaniam, Datuk Sri Ravi Raju, and the administrative team engaged in discussions to determine the deity to be enshrined in the temple. After recognizing the absence of a Shivan temple in the vicinity, it was unanimously agreed to construct a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Acknowledging the significance of having a Shivan temple for conducting karmic activities and religious rituals, the decision was made to initiate the construction of a small temple in 2019, dedicated to the worship of Lord Shiva and Lord Muruga. The temple's design is inspired by the Ganges Kaasi Visvanathan. The ongoing renovation work is being supported financially by the temple management and devoted followers.
