About Our Temple
The Dewa Kali Kampung Tersusun Temple is situated in Ulu Kinta, Perak. It was established in 1971 by the local community residing in the Ulu Kinta area. According to local belief, Goddess Amman appeared in a villager's dream, instructing them to create a statue of her and organize a worship ceremony. In its early days, the temple was a modest wooden structure, serving as the abode of the deity Kali Amman. Subsequently, under the new management, the temple underwent a transformation, with the construction of a small cement structure, funded by contributions from the local community. The Aadi Thiruvilla festival held at this temple attracts a significant number of devoted worshippers.
