About Our Temple

The Dewi Sri Marathadi Kaliamman Temple, situated in Temerloh, Pahang, is believed to have been established in 1995. Initially located in Kampung Belenggu at Batu 1, Jalan Temerloh, on private property, the temple was relocated by the Temerloh District Municipality to a new site in Kampung Belenggu on June 2, 1998, due to rapid development in the area. Presently, the temple is overseen by the Persatuan Penganut Agama Hindu Dewi Sri Maha Marathadi Kaliamman Temple, Temerloh, Pahang. The temple association members have diligently worked to gather public donations and successfully reconstructed the temple at its new location. Situated in an area with many nearby devotees, the temple has received an encouraging response from the community. Regular prayer ceremonies are conducted at the temple, overseen by a dedicated priest who tends to its upkeep.
