About Our Temple

The Nagakanni temple is located within the factory premises of Flourish Timber (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a furniture company. Mrs. Rajeshwari, who worked at the factory, experienced a divine vision in which the Nagakannigal (serpent maidens) appeared to her and bestowed their blessings. Following this vision, with the permission of the factory management, she established a small Nagakanni temple. Currently, Mrs. Rajeshwari’s son manages and maintains the temple, performing regular prayers. It is believed that in a pond located within the factory premises, seven Nagakannigal come to bathe at night. All rituals dedicated to Nagamma are conducted here. As the temple is situated on private company land, it has not been officially registered as a public temple for use by the general public.
