About Our Temple

The Ipoh Kaasi Kaala Bairavar Temple is situated in Pusing, Perak. Dato Kalidass Maharajah was responsible for the construction of this temple in 2017. He recognized the absence of a temple for worshipping ancestors in the state and made the decision to establish a temple resembling the holy site of Kaasi in India. He erected a Bairaver temple in the industrial area of Lahad, Perak, making it the first temple where Lord Kala Bairaver is the principal deity. Prayers are conducted in a serene and tranquil atmosphere, and this temple refrains from performing Kavadi or animal sacrifices. The temple does not maintain a temple fund, as the founder's intention is to personally teach the devotees the fundamentals of prayer. He believes that proper behavior and speech should always be observed, as it is believed that the presence of devotees' ancestors can be felt from time to time.
