About Our Temple

Around 100 years ago, Tamil people living in Ladang Golden Hope Estate worshiped Lord Subramaniyar. In the early days, the Tamil workers, who worked in the plantation fields, worshiped Lord Murugan as their protective deity by placing a spear (Vel) in their residential area. Over time, the estate was sold for urban development purposes. Later, the temple administration completely renovated and restored the temple. With the help of the temple administration and devotees, a new Sri Subramaniyar temple was built, and the Kumbhabishekam (consecration) ceremony) was performed. The temple is now officially registered, and all prayers and festivals are being conducted with great devotion and grandeur.
